DELIVERY
Orders received before 7am Monday to Friday will be dispatched same-day. Orders received after 7am Monday to Friday will shipped next working day.
Delivery is free on orders £60 or over (Tracked 48), and we charge a flat £5.60 (Tracked 24), flat £4.80 (Tracked 48), flat £8.15 (Special Delivery) it’s in customers best interest to order a months supply. We regret that we currently do not ship outside of England, Scotland and Wales.
All deliveries to Highlands and Islands are on a two-day service and will incur a surcharge. Affected postcodes are: AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM (ALL), IV (ALL), KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE (ALL)
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damaged parcels. Once the product leaves us, all damages i.e., broken spray dispenser, leakages are out of our control and will not be replaced or refunded. We will only refund or replace lost parcels if it is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (no exceptions).
RETURNS
Although we’re pretty confident you’ll love your Melanotan: if something goes wrong, drop us an email via our contact form with I’M NOT HAPPY as the subject line, and we’ll do what we can to make it right. Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns on purchases due to health regulations.
MISSING ITEMS
In the instance that, for any reason. Tan Rush isn’t able to fulfil the whole of your order we will aim to contact you the day the order is placed to arrange a resolution. A resolution can be either a swop for a similar product or removal of the product from your order.
In the event that we are unable to contact you for a resolution, your order will be shipped minus the unavailable items, and we’ll refund you the difference
